This Laughter-Mini-Playshop incorporates classical dynamic laughter yoga exercises (no asana positions), laughter meditation, elements of dance, role plays, interspersed by moments of meditative peace and quiet which allow you to integrate the powerful extrovert feelings which come up with the quieter realm within. It is open to anyone who is wishes to feel life and feel alive again. Come, discover and enjoy a type of yoga which is rapidly gaining ground in world conciousness with now over 6000 laughter yoga clubs in over 60 countries around the world. It’s fun, it’s different and it can put you into a wonderful state of feeeeling good about yourself and your life by simply using the power of laughter.
